About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Mid Business Process Consultant to join us. This position will require the resource to be located in Monterrey, Mexico.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Consultant to support process modelling and analysis of the related processes

Process Analysis Support:

  • Assist in analyzing existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather and document requirements.

Data Collection and Research:

  • Conduct research and gather relevant data to support process analysis.
  • Assist in the collection and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data.

Documentation:

  • Produce documentation of current and future processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date process documentation.
  • Recommendation Development:
  • Support the development of recommendations for process improvements based on analysis and industry best practices.

Technology:

  • Learn Cemex’s BPM platform and be prepared to provide training to users.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Transformation, Information Technology, Innovation or related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Areas of expertise: - 3 years+ in business analysis, process management, process modelling, process engineering, continuous process improvement

Additional Requirements (Desired and Soft Skills):

  • Strong interest in business process improvement and consulting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and BPM software and tools (preferably)
  • Project Management experience
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written), any other languages is a plus.
  • Experience as a Business Process Consultant, with a focus on automation, RPA, and process mining is a plus.
  • Experience in BIC Process design
  • Social impact processes knowledge
  • BPMN 2.0 Standard Knowedge
  • Analytical thinking
  • Attention to detail.
  • Effective Communication, influencing, facilitation and good presentation skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability Eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Capable of interacting with multi-cultural and multi-generational teams
  • Customer Service Oriented Solution oriented, have an innovative mindset, an entrepreneurial spirit and are passionate about driving change.
  • Fluent in English
