About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Validation Analyst to join us. This position is remote, working EST hours.

We are looking for a talented IT Validation Analyst to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with agile development teams to understand project requirements and design validation strategies.
  • Collaborate with agile development teams to accurately understand the technical solution and how to represent in the validation documents.
  • Develop, document, and execute comprehensive validation plans and documents for web applications leveraging existing documented user stories and architectural diagrams to draft.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to provide validation insights and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in software validation.
  • Continuously improve validation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to team members on validation practices and tools.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: 

  • Proven experience as an IT Validation Analyst or similar role in an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in validation tools and techniques, including automated testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with JIRA for reviewing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with modern web technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular).
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO) relevant to software validation.
