DMI, LLC is seeking a D365 Functional Lead to join us.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Configuration System Analyst is responsible for a wide range of duties that include systems configuration and administration, reporting and analysis, and quality assurance testing. Other duties include, develops or modifies system requirements and functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and technology projects. Additionally, this position serves as a liaison and advisor throughout the organization. Generally works on medium to large scale projects of moderate to significant complexity. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates system processes and associated IT application requirements. Develops and executes test strategies, plans, scenarios, and tracks resolution to identified defects. Recommends promotion of configuration changes to production based on satisfactory test results. Coordinate business requirement gathering, specifications, design, and testing efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365. Analyzes business workflow and configuration needs. Defines and develops test plan documentation to support system validation and/or User Acceptance Testing. Conducts gap analysis and uses analytical skills to identify root cause and assist with problem management. Prepares high level user documentation and training materials.
