About the Opportunity

Our Managed Mobility Services (MMS) business seeks a result-oriented Inside Sales and Marketing Automation Manager to join our staff. This role focuses on developing and implementing lead-generation strategies tailored to the defined ICP. The ideal candidate will possess inside sales expertise and leverage marketing automation tools to enhance lead generation, segmentation, and engagement across complex sales cycles.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inside Sales
    • Qualify and nurture leads from inbound and outbound channels, ensuring they align with the ideal customer profile for managed mobility services.
    • Conduct outreach activities such as calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage prospects and advance them through the sales process pipeline.
    • Maintain a well-organized CRM that ensures accurate lead and opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop account-based strategies for high-value prospects.
    • As prospects' primary point of contact, demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to establish trust and credibility.
    • Support the sales team with insights and actionable data on prospect behavior, campaign performance, and pipeline health.
    • Increase revenue growth by achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly lead goals quotas.
  •  Marketing Automation
    • Design, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads through the buyer's journey.
    • Using tools like HubSpot, develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
    • Monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
    • Build and maintain integrations between the CRM and marketing automation platforms to ensure seamless lead flow and reporting.
    • Collaborate with the demand generation and content teams to develop lead nurturing programs that align marketing efforts with sales goals.
    • Use analytic tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign and sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Demand Generation Support
    • Collaborate with Senior Digital Marketing Manager to develop and optimize digital demand generation campaigns, such as paid ads, social media promotions, and SEO/SEM initiatives.
    • Leverage sales intelligence tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator) to effectively identify and target potential prospects.
    • Contribute to content creation efforts by providing insights into prospect pain points and feedback from direct sales interactions.
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing leadership to align strategies and ensure consistent campaign messaging.
  • Email Campaign Execution:
    • Create and execute automated email campaigns, including cold email outreach, nurture sequences, and personalized email journeys tailored to targeted B2B audiences.
    • Design and manage landing pages and dynamic content to complement email campaigns and drive engagement.
    • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email copy, and CTAs to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.
    • To maintain a healthy sender reputation, ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
    • Leverage technical expertise in email authentication protocols, such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, to enhance deliverability and protect the domain’s reputation.
    • Monitor and maintain a clean email list by implementing effective list segmentation, suppression logic, and re-engagement strategies.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager for campaign setup and execution for MMS target audience.
    • Collaborate closely with Design and Content teams as and when necessary for campaign execution.

Qualifications

Education and Years of experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of marketing automation and inside sales in managed mobility service companies.

Required and Desired Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot with experience setting up and optimizing sales funnels.
  • Demonstrable expertise in marketing automation tools such as Hubspot and Zerobounce, etc.
  • Proven track record in inside sales strategies, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and achieving lead targets.
  • Strong experience managing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with sales intelligence tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
  • Experience in leveraging data-driven insights to refine sales processes and marketing automation workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset, with the ability to monitor and report on KPIs and campaigns performance.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and understanding how to align marketing strategies to drive sales enablement.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, with a balance of independent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for learning and staying updated on the latest trends in sales enablement, marketing automation, and industry best practices.

Hours: 8am-5pm EST
