About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Sr. Scrum Master to join us. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile principles and practices. 

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. 

 

Qualifications

 

 

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

  • Guide and coach the Scrum Team to achieve goals and deliver digital solutions within a given timeframe.
  • Ensure the team is fully functional and productive, removing impediments and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and ensure it is well-groomed and prioritized.
  • Assist in the development and tracking of key performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Promote and advocate for Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team and organization.
  • Support the team in achieving a high level of performance and quality, holding them accountable for their commitments.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the development team and stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues that may impact the team's ability to deliver.

 

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
