About the Opportunity

Technology Architect

 

Full-time professional position headquartered in McLean, Virginia, with relocation expected to unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.

 

Duties:

  •  Perform .NET application development and client facing technical architecture employing .NET and .NET Core frameworks using C#, MVC, Entity framework, and LINQ.
  • Employ SOA, RESTFul Web Services, NoSQL, SQL/SQL Server, JSON, and OOPs using C# to develop applications.
  • Employ Configuration and Release Management tools and processes such as GIT, SVN, JIRA and CI/CD tools and utilize cloud systems such as Azure App services, cloud data stores, etc.
  • Responsible for setting up the CI/CD process across all the Microsoft based solutions.
  • Perform estimation techniques, requirements analysis, and develop functional designs.
  • Review functional and technical requirements for proposed solutions to determine feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Participate in all aspects of design, architecture, and development of a high-volume transactional data analytics platform built primarily with Microsoft technologies.
  • Apply knowledge of object-oriented design, programming principles and design patterns.
  • Perform component, module and library design and development using SOLID principles.
  • Monitor, diagnose and resolve errors throughout the lifecycle

Qualifications

Education/Experience Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in the field of Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related software developer position.

 

Special Requirements:  3 years of verifiable experience developing software applications, employing the following technical tools: C#, .NET, Web API, MS SQL Database, Xamarin, Azure, Angular, Azure DevOps.
