DMI, LLC is seeking a Mid MS Exchange Administrator to join us. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft Outlook across Desktop, Web, and Mobile platforms.
• Manage the creation, modification, and deletion of mailboxes, including technical troubleshooting of related issues.
• Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automating routine tasks, such as mailbox and distribution list creation, within a DevSecOps environment.
• Maintain current documentation of messaging systems, including diagrams and configurations, to ensure accurate system records.
• Track and analyze email message delivery performance, generating reports on system health and resolving technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve enterprise email issues in collaboration with the OCIO Service Desk, escalating complex problems to senior staff or vendors as needed.
• Support integration and maintenance of Exchange services with CDC’s collaboration tools to ensure seamless communication and functionality.

Education and Years of Experience:  

•  Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or other related field.
• 2-4 Years of experience
