About the Opportunity

DMI is looking to add a Lead, Compensation to support our Human Resources team in rolling out and implementing compensation programs and policies for our employees. The incumbent of this role must adhere to all the rules and policies of the organization they work for as well as all local and global regulations. The Lead, Compensation serves on the front lines of our employee experience and should exemplify the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in compensation surveys and conduct compensation analysis, utilizing internal and external market survey data.
  • this is for United states geography. 
  • Coordinate the annual merit cycle.
  • Complete job evaluations and market analysis and provide recommendations for promotions, pay adjustments and variable pay.
  • Prepare HR-related documentation including, but not limited to, variable compensation plans.
  • Manage tracking of documents.
  • Conduct higher level reporting and analytics utilizing the HRIS system.
  • Work with department managers in the creation and maintenance of job descriptions aligned to the career framework.
  • Support the performance review process and total rewards strategy.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Overall 5-7 years of experience in human resources with a minimum 3 years of experience in a Compensation and Benefits Analyst role in a global organization.
  • Previous experience with HR systems such as UKG preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience, including strong Excel experience.
