DMI, LLC is seeking an Unified Capabilities Support to join us. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Unified Capabilities Support  professional plays a vital role in ensuring uninterrupted communication services across Army command networks. This position supports the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Voice over IP (VoIP), Video Teleconferencing (VTC), and collaboration platforms within classified and unclassified network environments. The individual will troubleshoot and support Unified Communications tools including Cisco CUCM, Jabber, and Expressway systems, and ensure mission-critical endpoints are fully operational and compliant with Army cyber policies. Coordination with NEC and S6 offices is essential for resolving system issues and maintaining user readiness across geographically distributed commands.

• Configure and maintain Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Expressway, and VTC endpoints
• Support SIP/H.323 routing and diagnostics
• Provide technical support for secure communication infrastructure (NIPR/SIPR/CENTRIXS-K)
• Maintain endpoint readiness in coordination with NEC and S6

Education and Years of Experience:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (waived with 4 years of direct UC support)
• Minimum 2 of the last 4 years supporting UC platforms

 Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: 

• Required: CompTIA Security+ (IAT Level II), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Desired: Experience with Jabber and Telepresence systems, classified enclave communications

Clearance Requirements: Secret Clearance
