About the Opportunity

 DMI is looking for a Cyberark Specialist to support a federal customer in the based in the DC Metro area. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the automation of processes across the entire CyberArk product suite
  • Review existing CyberArk implementation and make recommendations and adjustments based on industry best practices.
  • Responsible for CyberArk administration, configuration, implementations, designs, upgrades, and troubleshooting Maintain CyberArk on a daily basis from a tier 1-4 standpoint
  • Responsible for resolution of tier 2/3 trouble tickets including password rotations, password malfunctions, account creations, account changes, scheduling.
  • Installation of CyberArk vault including multiple CPMs, PSMs and PVWAs.
  • Collaborate to define access control, user entitlements, and user access policy management 
  • Collaborate to develop and execute overall project plan and timelines for key deliverables Lead initiative to establish operational standards for secrets management service
  • Cross-train and develop peers on CyberArk suite of products
  • Work with development teams on integration of Apps or Servers with AIM, CCP or CP modules Troubleshooting experience of Vault, CPM, PSM, AIM, CCP, CP and PVWA issues
  • Maintain, Troubleshoot CyberArk Alero platform Maintain, configure, troubleshoot CyberArk EPM platform and policies
  • Responsible for privileged User account administration of various Windows, UNIX and other app accounts  
  • Perform health check monitoring on all CyberArk components to ensure consistent availability of system to end user.

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience: 

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education or experience.
  • Certification in IT security or related experience.
  • Experience in Privileged Account Management with CyberArk PIM Administration Experience with the CyberArk Alero, EPM solution
  • Advanced experience with script development (PowerShell/Python preferred)
  • Experience in implementation and integration of Cyber-Ark's Privileged Identity Management (PIM) Suite
  • Experience with PAM Operational tasks - Defining Access Control, User Entitlements, Manage Applications Credentials, User Access Policy Management.

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
