DMI, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead an IT services program supporting a mission-critical environment with stringent confidentiality and operational requirements. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership and communication skills with deep experience managing technical teams that deliver end-user support, field operations, and enterprise IT modernization in sensitive or high-visibility settings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for an IT service delivery program encompassing end-user support, field services, and infrastructure coordination.
Serve as the primary point of contact with senior government and contractor stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, proactive risk management, and alignment with mission priorities.
Oversee all aspects of program execution, including service desk operations, nationwide dispatch and remote support, performance reporting, and workforce management.
Manage a multidisciplinary team of Tier 1–3 engineers, technicians, and analysts, ensuring service excellence, adherence to SLAs, and continuous improvement.
Maintain strict compliance with program security, confidentiality, and access protocols; ensure all team members meet required background and suitability standards.
Translate complex technical issues into clear business terms for executive audiences and provide transparent status reporting, dashboards, and performance insights.
Coordinate closely with technical leads to identify and implement process improvements, automation, and modernization initiatives that enhance service quality and cost efficiency.
Manage program financials, staffing forecasts, and subcontractor relationships, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget parameters.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus across geographically dispersed teams.
