About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking an Associate Installation Technician to join us. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interfaces directly with customers
  • Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at the client and/or field locations
  • Instructs customers in equipment operation, provides technical assistance, performs preventative maintenance, and troubleshoots equipment for malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time
  • Installs, upgrades, and removes products, ensuring coordinated engineering field change
  • Assembles, installs, and configures systems and equipment in accordance with site assessments and schematics

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:  1 -2  years of IT support experience; strong customer service skills

 

Required Skills & Certifications: CompTIA Security+

 

Clearance Requirements: Background check required; must be eligible for Senate Office building access.

 

Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen

 

Physical Requirements: None required for this position.
