DMI (Digital Management LLC) is looking for Programmer Analyst in Lansing MI   The UI/UX specialist is responsible for assisting management to establish processes, procedures, and best design practices for our design team.  This position will function as a mentor to less senior staff, act as the liaison between DTMB Agency Services, MDOT, and the e-Michigan, Center for Shared Solutions.  The resource will train new designers and conduct peer reviews on all projects to ensure the DMI (Digital Management LLC) standards are followed along with adhering to the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Accessibility guidelines.  The resource will also be assigned as the UI/UX developer for individual projects and be responsible to lead the overall application look and feel as well as designing, communicating, and executing all user interface screens for each business requirement. The UI/UX Analyst directs the overall user experience for interacting with the delivered product. DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for a Technical Systems Lead   Duties and Responsibilities:   The selected candidate will be the core lead system interface Engineer responsible for various system interface functions and ECUs in the BLE Subsystem within onboard and off board systems. The BLE/UWB/NFC or Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) or Ultra-wideband (UWB) or Near Field communication (NFC) subsystems are comprised of the central BLE/UWB control module (BLEM/BUN) and arrange of BLE/UWB/NFC Antennas that collectively are utilized on a global cross-vehicle basis in Ford and Lincoln nameplate vehicles. The primary feature that the BLEM/BUN/BLEAMs/UWB Anchors support is PaaK (Phone As A Key), and some of the additional features include RePA (Remote Park Assist), user Authentication in AV vehicles and OTA. The BLEM/BUN communicates with the Antennas via communication protocol such as dedicated LIN or private CAN-FD, communicate with smart phone via BLE/UWB and Via CAN/CAN-FD with other ECUs in the vehicle such as Body Control Module, Telematics Control Module, Sync Control Module, and other feature specific modules.   Responsibilities include:  Direct System interface for the BLE/UWB/NFC modules and Antennas modules as led by the full-service supplier to ensure the modules meets all FMC and Bluetooth SIG requirements as well as vehicle milestones-Gateways deliverables.  Evaluate system interface with Mobile-App, Cloud, Antennas and with the in-vehicle subsystems.  Ensure all feature and functional requirements/specifications are met. work with Spec authors and feature owners to ensure specifications are clear and achievable. Update specifications as needed. Communicate the requirements to the supplier.  understand all the expected BLE use-cases customers may expect and ensure, as applicable, the subsystem design capability to support the use cases identified.  Conduct bench level and vehicle level validation; evaluate requirements Vs ECUs capability and present the results to the wider teams.  Review supplier's SW development plan, SW Architecture documentation, traceability between software work products/releases and supplier's test plan & test result, etc. Ensure software deliverables align with vehicle program timing and EESE process to ensure supplier software quality launch.  Drive resolution of complex intersystem and intersystem software related issue between BLE module, other modules on CAN, phone Apps and off-board system.  Perform system design review with suppliers and internal teams to complete quality analysis, ensure system interface follows requirements, Functional Safety requirements, security cryptographic and other industry standards.  Attend/support commodity PATs, support vehicle Launch (as needed may require some traveling).  Work closely with the broader BLE subsystem team, who as a whole are responsible for hardware, software, and verification of the BLE/UWB subsystem.  Lead troubleshooting issues of defects and bring them to closure.

DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for a IT Disaster Recovery Coordinator   This position is responsible for disaster recovery (DR) plan development, implementation, testing, remediation, communication, and maintenance utilizing the recently implemented network, compute, storage, and high availability assets across datacenters and cloud server environments.  This position will also support key recovery objectives, including IT infrastructure damage assessments, crisis communications, and coordination with internal and external shareholders   Duties and Responsibilities: - Establish enterprise-level Information Technology Disaster Recovery program leveraging the technology assets in private datacenters as well as non-private cloud environments (i.e. – AWS, Azure). - Ensure maximum leverage of deployed high availability and disaster recovery IT assets (i.e. – multiple, geographically diverse datacenters, hyper-convergent infrastructure, site recovery manager software, redundant Internet, and Wide Area Network connectivity). - Establish and maintain the overall plans for executing all DR procedures and understand their interdependencies. - Participate in assessments of the impact of potential disruptions in IT services, including declaring a disaster and activating the DR plan. - Manage all IT DR documentation, including policy and procedure updates, with a focus on maintaining the most up to date versions. Facilitate the design, execution, and continuous improvement of IT DR plans through exercising. - Update and maintain records, network documentation, roles/responsibilities, procedures, and protocols for network resources required for DR operations. - Coordinating the development, training, and exercising of IT DR plans. - Establish and maintain detailed DR communications, and command and control plans through a change management process. - Interface with the IT technical staffs to ensure that disaster recovery solutions are adequate, in place, maintained, and tested as part of the regular operational life cycle. - Establish testing methodologies to ensure that all plans are sound and secure.  Duties and Responsibilities   - Develops the product vision and goals (OKRs or KPIs) with the client based on research, brand/business goals strategy work, design thinking workshops, stakeholder interviews, understanding of the competitive landscape in adjacent and current markets - Designs research discovery plan  - Identifies and has a high level understanding of the technical guardrails of the client’s systems and knows how they fit into product planning - With the solution architect, understands the needs of the business and makes recommendations for technology enhancements - Works with the strategy team to uncover market trends, competitive environment and technology guardrails - Identifies, analyzes and understands the data available and needed to make the product successful - Uses product goals to identify Epics/Features - Prioritizes Epics/Features with the client based on the business, technology and user needs - Works with the product owner to translates Epics/Features into vertical, shippable user stories - Manage and prioritize value-based product feature backlog and development for the product - Manages UX resources - Assists Account management in the writing of SOWs for work - In some situations, you may be called on to use your product owner skills to support projects: - Identifies and writes all acceptance criteria - Manages the UX/UI design, ensures developers have the key pages/components they need to build - Owns the consistency of the product vision and provides direction to the Agile development team (both on and offshore) and stakeholders throughout the project - Validation of the product against the requirements from design to release - Manage and prioritize value-based product feature backlog and development for the product - Ability to clear blockers for the development team - Runs sprint ceremonies: Refinement/Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint demos. Participates in daily stand ups & retrospectives. - Continually assesses the value of work being performed by the development team to ensure client receives product that satisfies business, customer & technological needs/requests - Owns the creation of a measurement plan with the client, sees that tagging is applied correctly, and sets up reports/leads clients in setting up reports. - Uses product analytics to identify opportunities for more work - Identifies opportunities for continued work with the client, works with account management to scope and resource those engagements - Assists Account management in the writing of SOWs for work - Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior refined user stories to work on - Escalates delays/blockers to project leadership - Ability to work effectively in a cross cultural team environment
