The Senior Account Manager  in The Experience Group, of DMI is a steward of our clients’ business and an advocate of the agency.  They are responsible for the retention, growth and profitability of key accounts. The Senior Account Manager will partner with cross-functional leads to identify key opportunities and ensure successful delivery of work. The successful candidate will have experience overseeing integrated programs that leverage a combination of CX, Digital Advertising, Mobile and Web development in order to create unique customer experiences. DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for a MDM Engineer. The MDM Engineer will be responsible for supporting multiple customer’s with their MDM Environment including, but not limited to, managing the administration console, application management, server maintenance and installation and technical documentation write-ups. The ideal candidate will also be required to troubleshoot network and connectivity issues, along with server related issues. Participating in an On-Call Schedule will be required as well.   The ideal candidate must possess the ability to work in a team atmosphere within DMI, as well as Helpdesk, Exchange and Security teams within the customer’s infrastructure. The qualified candidate is one who responds quickly to critical issues and works as long as necessary until a resolution is reached. The qualified candidate needs to exhibit patience and professionalism at all times as they will be a representative of DMI to the customer. Performs activities such as application pushes, version upgrades on servers, app inventory maintenance and diagnostic research on a per device level.   The MDM Engineer will follow established incident and problem management programs and related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in order to document all requests for service, resolve user issues, correct the root cause of incidents, and minimize any adverse impact to customers. The objective for incident management is to restore normal service operations as quickly as possible with minimum disruption to the organization. In addition, the objective for problem management is to minimize the adverse effect of incidents and problems caused by network architecture limitations and deficiencies. Provide incident and problem management based on the fundamental processes found in the ITIL® and ITSM® frameworks and established policies and procedures.   Duties and Responsibilities:   The MDM Engineer will work directly with end-users and IT staff to ensure problems are resolved in expected timeframe. DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for a Dynamics 365 Sr. Software Engineer   PRIMARY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Interacting with customers to better understand business problems and designing/ developing Dynamics 365 customizations through best practices to meet business requirements  - Support development needs in team-based projects - Contribute to the design ofwell-structured solutions/frameworks to solve business problems   - Understands, and pushes others to use/develop Clean Coding standards - Able to think holistically about project goals to design working Dynamics 365configured and custom-coded solutions   - Proficient understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform and all that it offers  - Integrating disparate systems - Ability to test, train, and troubleshoot key developed features - Can setup and execute automated testing and CI  - Experience with multiple Client/Server frameworksand understands and can use multiple design patterns  - Can manage and maintain the entire D365 ALM correctly across multiple environments (sandbox through production) - SSIS Package development - Customer facing and willing to participate in daily meetings outside of development
