Position Overview Our managed services business needs a Mobile Analyst I to join our staff. We are looking for a highly organized and efficient person to provide end user support for our managed services operation. The successful candidate will answer phone calls, provide support using chat functionality, and resolve tickets and orders. When necessary, the Mobile Analyst I will cross-train and participate in other responsibilities of the Contact Center team. DMI is currently seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of Network Engineer I for an existing government client. The Network Engineer I will be responsible for assisting the senior network engineer in ensuring the stable operation and efficient performance of data networks, monitoring and managing all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches and encryptors, analyzing network performance across the organization’s LANs and WANs, and identifying and developing remedies for network performance bottlenecks.   Duties and Responsibilities: - Test and analyze all elements of complex network facilities (including power, - software, communications devices, lines, modems, and terminals). - Monitor and control the performance and status of the network resources. - Utilize software and hardware tools and identifies and diagnoses complex problems and factors affecting network performance. - Provide network performance statistics and reports. - Install and configure all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches and encryptors. - Inspect, maintain and where necessary replace network cabling and other network-related equipment. - Administer hardware and software upgrades for network equipment. - Perform network design and capacity planning. Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for network resource administration, appropriate use and disaster recovery. - Perform network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information. - Administer and maintain user accounts, permissions and access rights. - Recommend, schedule and perform network improvements, upgrades and repairs. - Interact with vendors, outsourcers and contractors to secure network products and services.

DMI is currently seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of System Engineer I (Day Shift) for an existing government client.   Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform a variety of systems engineering tasks and activities that are broad in nature and are concerned with major systems design, integration, and implementation, including personnel, hardware, software, budgetary, and support facilities and/or equipment. - Provide quality assurance review and the evaluation of new and existing software products. - Administer daily updates to the database tracking tool. - Collection of operations support weekly action reports. - Compile database metrics weekly. - Assign new work orders to operations support technicians/engineers within one hour of - STAC notification (during business hours), personally follow-up on any urgent action. - Check Solar Winds concerning network and systems status on a recurring basis and take action to address problems or issues. - Perform Tier I troubleshooting, including server resets (Citrix), big brother admin, SNMPc, pinging servers, user accounts, TAVEE reports, etc. - Under direction of the lead network engineer, provide statistical reporting data on post communications links as required. - Maintain a log and track metrics on network outages. - Cisco and Nortel configuration, initialization, and preparation of these devices for shipment to post. - Post database updates. - Maintain up-to-date IP list on NAS with shortcut to desktop of each terminal (print PDF report from post database). - Daily management of the NOC- take action for any technical faults or issues, maintain cleanliness, organization (documentation), operation and monitor the logbook. - Ensure all tickets are acted on promptly, effectively and closed out promptly. - Under direction from the system administrator, image and configure workstations. - Maintain the operations support duty roster. - The hours for this position are 7:15a to 4:00pm (0715 to 1600)
