We are seeking a Project Manager to support our global Brand Marketing and Customer Experience (CX) teams. You will manage client engagements, ensure quality of delivery, provide excellent service, and direct cross-functional teams towards on-time and on-budget project completion with an ability to lead in balance with business objectives and driving results. The ideal candidate is a digitally-savvy, strategic leader who can effectively manage a project on all sides of the fence with a knack for motivating people (even on their toughest days). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsible for driving project delivery with an innate ability to identify what your project teams need, then proactively seeking that out so they are supported in producing the best possible work and results for our clients. - Act as the day-to-day point-of-contact for delivery and manage the full lifecycle of activities (end-to-end) for CX and Website (UX/UI/Dev/QA) leaning projects engagements involving, but not limited to: discovery, primary and desktop research, strategy, media planning, multichannel content and/or campaign concepting and asset production for both B2C or B2B clients, across a variety of verticals. - Responsible for project set-up upon contract executions, creation of detailed project plans and schedules, prioritization and monitoring of key milestones and deliverables, status reports, resourcing the team, and ensuring the quality of work meets agency standards and client mandatories. - Strong risk mitigation to foresee, identify, and solution clear paths to remove blockers. Ability to communicate these risks to clients, such as, but not limited to: scope creep (internal + external), quality concerns, etc. Then presenting solution options, with an understanding of when to escalate to the account team, project sponsors, and stakeholders if additional change request support is needed. - Manage P&L, tracking account burn, and adjusting revenue forecasts throughout the duration of the project. Keen guidance for teams to meet/exceed direct margin targets. - Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with reviewing and checking deliverables against client feedback, maintaining assets/references, including documentation, procedures, workflows, templates, etc. for the team. - Support discipline leads with coordinating customer research and user testing efforts. - Take initiative to identify opportunities to elevate the work with the team and help introduce innovative solutions or approaches. - Establish and manage relationships with third parties/vendors/contractors as needed. - Track all 3rd party costs/expenses and support the account team with client invoicing and billbacks, according to the contract terms. - Facilitate project retrospectives upon project close (or as necessary).

The Account Director for The Experience Group of DMI is a steward of our clients’ business and an advocate of the agency.  They are responsible for the retention, growth and profitability of key accounts. As The Account Director you will act as the primary lead for key accounts ensuring client satisfaction and managing revenue and margins.  The Account Director will partner with cross-functional leads to identify key opportunities and ensure successful delivery of work. The successful candidate will have experience overseeing integrated programs that leverage a combination of CX, Digital Advertising, Mobile and Web development in order to create unique customer experiences. Critical to this role is the ability to immerse themselves in our clients’ business, to understand their challenges and goals, ultimately to act as an extension of the client team so that they can help guide and lead the cross-functional agency teams in servicing the account as a whole.  Group Account Director and other discipline leads to ensure delivery excellence as well as identify growth opportunities to expand and deepen DMI’s engagement with current clients.    RESPONSIBILITIES   Client Relationship  - Be a steward of client business and advocate of the agency and identify incremental and continued growth opportunities.  - Acts as primary client contact on day-to-day program development and execution assignments, in conjunction with senior Account  team members as appropriate - Works with clients to get actionable feedback on work product, including understanding the problem to be addressed (as opposed to the solution) and providing agency’s POV in response, independently where possible. - Establishes and maintains a positive and trusted relationship with the client. - Become an extension of client to the agency to ensure alignment and understanding of client objectives - Sells in new project ideas, utilizing additional agency and network resources, in conjunction with account leaders. Account Management & Project Oversight:    - Acquires/Manages combined book of business of $1.5-$2M - Create work that meets and exceeds project goals - Take initiative to elevate the work and introduce innovative solutions - Guides overall development and execution of account plans and ensures that the team stays within the approved plan. - In collaboration with Project Management, review all work of the account team and other departments to ensure quality, timeliness and adherence to client and program objectives. - Works with the agency team to raise issues/points of view and develop a unified agency point-of-view to clients. - Works independently and with a broader agency team when necessary to deliver the agency’s POV to the client. - Research and resolve program issues, independently where possible, leveraging account and project  leaders as necessary. Strategy - Maintains overall knowledge in all agency disciplines, particularly in how they can be leveraged to help meet client objectives and strategies. - Develop or assist discipline leads in preparing and delivering client presentations and recommendations. - Reviews program/campaign/project results, research findings, segmentation data, competitive activity, etc., with Group Account Director  and other strategic partners across departments (e.g., CX, Media, etc.) to identify new opportunities - Maintains overall knowledge in all agency disciplines, particularly in how they can be leveraged to help meet client objectives and strategies.   Team Management - Fosters and promotes a team working environment - Assists Client Services team leader(s) with the interviewing, hiring, training and evaluation of CS staff on businesses assigned. - Sets example for junior level staff (direct or dotted line) on account management best practices, helping to exemplify department role within an organization - Provides guidance within the team in developing expertise/skill sets in Account Management, including: - Project and client management skills - People management/supervisory skills  - Marketing expertise                      - Strategic thinking - Analytical skills  - Quality standards

A Contact Center manager is responsible for training, scheduling, and leading their team, as well as overseeing strategies for inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate must be capable of using software programs and tools, as well as possess the ability to type and run various company reports. This role oversees their contact center's statistics and they take proactive and reactive steps to improve those statistics as needed. Additionally, they help provide guidance and training to employees to improve performance. The Contact Center Manager must have good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, as well as be able to use basic computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrated customer service skills are required. Roles and Responsibilities:  - Hire, train, coach, and lead contact center agents in supporting our customers. - Develop agents, work with them on a career path to suit their skills, develop a plan with them to get them to where they want to go. - Answer agent’s questions and guide them through difficult calls or issues, diffuse angry customers, or handle issues that cannot be fielded by agents. - Lead team meetings, ask questions to better understand the calls agents are receiving, educateand coach them regarding processes and practices and explain expectations to agents. - Conduct monthly 1:1s with all agents to review performance to include quality evaluations, callmetrics, ticket performance, and chat performance along with opportunities for improvement. - Engage and interact with the agents, encourage the use of the DMI MMS Guiding Principles. - Integrate the principles into the culture of the Contact Center, conduct activities that demonstrate that leadership believes in them. - Assist other management team members in identifying trends and establishing call center goals. - Constantly evaluate and provide feedback on Contact Center tools and available dashboards used to run the department. - Ensure staff members are achieving desired service levels and take corrective action, in real time. - Hold agents accountable to expectations for poor performance and behavior. - Prepare reports and analyze call center data to improve processes, forecast volumes, ensure resources are properly allocated and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
