About the Opportunity   DMI is seeking a Customer/Administrative Support to perform technical support functions and associated analysis support for the Navy Logistics Library (NLL)   Duties and Responsibilities:        - Support on-going publication digitization and relocation effort by arranging sponsor meetings, documenting customer responses, and updating NLL publication records - Serve as primary interface with the Global Distance Support Center (GDSC) - and provide resolution for non-standard customer issues - Compile,  distribute and file NLL program metrics and monthly reports - Monitors stock levels and process re-orders as necessary and in coordination with the Analyst/Sponsor support Manager. - Maintain CRP database - Assist in digital file maintenance - Coordinate data calls for monthly and semi-annual program activities - Schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences as necessary - Attend meetings and conferences as minutes taker as required. - Team meetings: Disseminate team minutes within one (1) week. - Conference meetings: Prepare and coordinate dissemination of minutes related to travel conferences/sub meetings with Program Manager prior to dissemination within 1(one) week after travel completion. - Collect, file, distribute requisite documents as needed - Assist in the preparation of presentations and briefs as required - Provide full administrative support and coordination for annual publications sponsors conference; site visits and sponsor meetings - Perform other administrative tasks as requested by Program Manager
