DMI is looking for a Service Desk Technician – Tier 2 (SDT2) to support a federal customer in the DC Metro area.  This candidate will be responsible for the following:   Duties and Responsibilities: - Experience with Avaya Agent and ServiceNow. - Extensive software install and configuration experience for SDT2 queue priority escalation issues received directly or transferred from Onsite. - Communicate with Workflow, Queue Managers, Service Desk and Onsite team in the event tickets need to be moved to another queue, worked with the Service Desk, or if follow-up with a client(s) is required. - Ability to handle remote based tickets received through the SDT2 queue or from tickets moved from the Deskside queues. DMI is looking for an End User Support Specialist.  The End User Support Specialist (EUSS) is responsible for supporting one or more State agencies with all of their end user technology needs. This includes, but is not limited to, maintenance and management of desktop computers, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and related hardware and software which is specific to each agency’s needs.   This position is responsible for supporting all Windows based operating systems including current as well as legacy versions. This position is responsible for supporting standard productivity software as determined by DoIT and the agencies DoIT supports including but not limited to Microsoft Office, G Suite, and Adobe. While Google Chrome is the State’s preferred web browser, familiarity with other browsers is expected. This position is also expected to support video conference tools such as Zoom, WebEx, Cisco Jabber, GoToMeeting, and Google Meet.   While this position typically supports a single location or agency, circumstances may dictate the need to support other locations or agencies. When assigned work at other locations the use of a State or personal vehicle, may be necessary. Standard mileage allowance will be paid for use of a privately owned vehicle if a state vehicle is not available.   Duties and Responsibilities: 30%IT Hardware & Software Support Installation and maintenance of hardware such as printers, scanners, or other devices. Maintenance of critical software for user support (Anti-Virus, Encryption software, etc.)  Installation of applications software and customization as required. DMI is looking for a Sr. Storage Engineer / Systems Engineer   General Skill/Position Requirements: - This position will require travel from HQ 707 Calvert to Hagerstown and Glen Burnie data centers to install, configure and troubleshoot periodically and as needed. - This position is located at the HQ 707 Calvert Street building. - Telework/on site hybrid is an option after successful onboarding period of at least 6 weeks per OIT management. - Must participate in rotating on call schedule (approximately 1 weeks, every 6 weeks) within OIT Network team to support all various network issues. - Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and a written test may be administered during interview. - Manage storage and provide input for capacity planning /growth; make recommendations for procurements. - Ensure and maintain business continuity in the event of a disaster / failure. - Ability to perform root cause analysis on storage issues collaboratively and independently. - Ability to work and coordinate with vendor support to resolve storage related issues. - Strong problem and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think outside the box to resolve issues and maintain system availability. - General knowledge of Linux, as SHA is moving some of their applications to LINUX.   Skill Requirements NetApp: - Manage, maintain NetApp Clusters to ensure peak performance in an enterprise environment. - Ability to perform ONTAP upgrades and work with NetApp Professional services when necessary. - Familiar with and have a working knowledge as well as hands on experience with NetApp Management and replication tools. - Familiar with and have a working knowledge of Fabric Pool, Fibre channel, CIFS, NVMe, Flex Groups, SVM DR, Snapshots and Active IQ. - Familiar with and have a working knowledge of StorageGRID (v11.5) and SANtricity OS. - Ability to provide storage provisioning for CIFS and fiber channel resources. - Working knowledge of StorageGRID (v11.5) management and Object Storage concepts. - Familiar with and have a working knowledge along with hands on experience with Brocade Fibre Channel switches. DMI is looking for a Print Smart and Multi-Function Device (MFD) Support Specialist to support a federal customer in the DC Metro area.  This candidate will be responsible for the following:   Duties and Responsibilities: - Knowledge of MFD’s which includes programing and changing customer assign IP address and DNS setup, troubleshooting customer print issues when printing to the MFD’s, and knowledge of workflow scanning template setup for MFD’s. - Resolve printer technical issues onsite and/or remote diagnostics, updating printer admin passwords and providing move, add, and delete (MACD) services as requested. - Develop templates and approval workflows (moves, adds, changes, or deletes) for MFD’s. Also develop templates for break-fix, new drivers, and firmware upgrades. - Escalate MFD’s for vendor resolution if onsite break-fix has not resolved the issue. Vendor support, collaboration, and coordination. - Support ShareScan vs. AutoStore, install and/or decommission network printers, install MFD certificates, and update service catalogs. Includes Print Smart support for AutoStore and configuration of the Remote Deployment Tool (RDT) to include Remote Deployment Editor, OpenAPI Application Manager, and WebDAV implementation. - MFD maintenance and troubleshooting, documentation development, and certificate renewal. - Token Vault support (registration and troubleshooting). Remediation of device misconfigurations, authentication failures, and device certificate maintenance. - Experience with Konica/Minolta MFD’s (ex. C300i, C558, C658, C759, AccurioPress C3080 and 6120), and also with Hewlett Packard Printers (ex. DesignJet T1700dr, LaserJet M608dn). - Maintain constant flow of communication to all sites, management, and customers. - Ability to work in a distributed and cross functional team environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.   Education and Years of Experience: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science or Engineering or a minimum five year’s equivalent work experience in a fast-paced Service Desk environment.   Desired Skills: - ServiceNow System Administration Certification and ITIL Certification is preferred. - Experience performing quality assurance responsibilities in support of ServiceNow. - Understanding of the ServiceNow Application Suite covering ITSM, ITOM and ITBM areas. - Experience initiating continuous process improvement by analyzing performance reports to identify trends and patterns that may interfere with achieving goals.   Clearance: Applicants subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.   US Citizenship required: Yes    Location: Onsite
