DMI's managed services business needs a Mobile Analyst I (Must be fluent in written and spoken French) to join our staff. TWe are looking for a highly organized and efficient person to provide end user support for our managed services operation. The successful candidate will answer phone calls, provide support using chat functionality, and resolve tickets and orders. When necessary, the Mobile Analyst I will cross-train and participate in other responsibilities of the Contact Center team. The incumbent will provide administrative and substantive project-based support by leading instructor-led training sessions and onboarding processes at DMI. The Specialist will primarily be responsible for assisting internal staff or external vendors by conducting training sessions, provide guidance with MMS’s learning management system, and day-of support. This position also provides customer service support to employees and programs regarding training requirements and training needs.   Job Responsibilities: - Assist MMS departments/programs with coordinating training sessions and professional development opportunities for employees, including but not limited to: vendor research, selection, and correspondence; processing training request forms; reservation of conference rooms; day-of setup and AV support; updating LMS enrollments; marketing opportunities to target audiences. - Support Learning & Development Coordinator for DMI MMS New Employee Workshop (orientation program) at home / office locations. Assist with program logistics including: facility set up/break down, presenter schedule, material preparation, communications, day-of management, and presenting several sessions. - Manages Buddy Program logistics at DMI MMS home / office: process applications, maintain tracking log, plan and host appreciation events. - Support other training initiatives and/or special projects as directed by the EOP office and Service Delivery. - May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by leadership.
