DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for a IT Project Manager/SME to support our client in Maryland.     The Resource shall collaborate with Office of School and Community Nutrition Programs (OSCNP), the Technical Project Manager, the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Vendor, Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) staff, and Department customers to define, document, and improve business processes to improve staff efficiency and effectiveness, improve compliance and reporting, and to provide a better user experience for the OSCNP’s customers. These improvements will be realized by eliciting information, examining technology solutions, and documenting business processes within the OSCNP, analysing technical and financial workflows and requirements, recommending changes to business processes, participating in the development process for MARS and MDCS to support the improved processes, and providing training materials for staff and customers. Excellent verbal and written skills as demonstrated during interview process and written test. Resource must have working knowledge of Agile/iterative methodologies, TFS/ Azure DevOps for requirements, testing, bug tracking and collaboration. Resource  shall  evaluate  OSCNP  business  processes,  procedures,  requirements,  and  operations  in  conjunction  with  IT initiatives and  changing  requirements.  The  Resource  shall  develop  and  submit  reports  to  substantiate  findings  and/or recommendations including, but not limited to, a Technical Business Analysis  Report. The  resource shall evaluate Agency business processes against available technologies, procedures, and operations in conjunction with The Systems and other IT initiatives and suggest improvements to processes and/or procedures.   High Level Duties:   Provides technical and administrative direction for product owners and personnel performing software development  tasks,  including  the  review  of  work  products  for  correctness,  adherence  to  the  design  concept  and  to  user standards  and for progress in accordance  with schedules. Must be  able  to coordinate  with the  Program/Project Manager to ensure  problem  solution  and  user  satisfaction.  Makes  recommendations,  if  needed,  for  approval  of  major  process  and installation design changes. Prepares milestone status reports and deliveries/presentations on the system concept to colleagues, subordinates, and end user representatives. Provides daily supervision and direction to support staff.  The recurring activities are:  1.Daily collaboration with OSCNP, the Technical PM, and the O&M Vendor to groom backlogs, define epics, provide supporting document, and improve business processes at the Department to improve staff efficiency and effectiveness, improve compliance and reporting, and to provide a better experience for the OSCNP’s customers 2.Attend daily program stand up, sprint review, program increment, and other meetings as defined by the Team Meeting Plan 3.Provide routine progress reporting of the BA’s work through the delivery of weekly status reports 4.Attending USDA conferences with MSDE staff (generally every other year) 5.Provide a Weekly Summary Report identifying the previous week’s accomplishments and upcoming weeks planned activities. 6.Analyze and identify gaps in Data Reporting and Business Intelligence tools

Position Overview Our Managed Services Team needs a Workforce Manager to join our staff. Workforce Managers are responsible for ensuring the DMI contact center always operates effectively and efficiently. They must maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and the ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers and colleagues is essential. The Workforce Manager is responsible for coordinating agent training, shift scheduling, and ensuring customer SLAs are attained, as well as overseeing strategies for inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate must be capable of using software programs and tools, as well as possess the ability to type and run various company reports. This role oversees the contact center's statistics and they take proactive and reactive steps to improve those statistics as needed. The Workforce Manager must have good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, as well as be able to use basic computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrated customer service skills are required. Roles and Responsibilities:  - Monitor, manage, and control the production environment for the Contact Center and Procurement. - Monitor and react to Service level alerts by managing and performing recovery actions to ensure high level of service delivery at a global scale. Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met to provide consistent service to customers. - Work with Contact Center Management to design and agree service protection strategies, ensuring buy in and commitment at all levels allowing real time for the team to support the customer experience. - Provide real-time escalation, recovery, and restore capabilities for any failure of service; notify any major issues to Workforce, Capacity and Operations leaders ensuring the right people know of the incident at the right time. - Manages business activities such as root cause analysis, profile management, new marketplace and skill launches by working with Operation, Capacity, Scheduling, Program, Change Management and Contact Routing team. - Constantly review existing processes and research new ones for possible automation improvements or enhancements, designing and installing special project improvements or enhancements whenever necessary. - Works as SME, guide RTA and Analysts to drive daily performance call for business status, reports, and metrics, reviewing them daily for trends and potential problems at a global level. - Communicates effectively with peers and Managers across the same functional areas to drive priorities. - Chair regular meeting with Operations Managers to review performance, forecast accuracy and productivity and to devise action plan as necessary for the current day/week. Identifying the reasons for failure of any SLA and Support Ops with OT requirements by ensuring a process is implemented and followed. - Manages business- and executive-level escalations, including reporting to senior-level leadership. - Scopes out the requirements for new metrics and tools. - Demonstrates understanding of performance and leadership bar and effectively applies to hiring decisions. - Understands and communicates the department’s vision to team members. - Sets clear expectations and builds robust launch plans for new team members. - Sets objectives with team members that enable achievement of department and functional goals. - Identifies and actively drives team changes, staffing and training needed to support capacity needs. - Provides input into resource planning discussions.
