They will edit those materials, create them to be delivered through multiple deliver channels, and support the administration of the training and education aspects of the project.   Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Work with 21CFSE staff on the Training and Readiness Needs Analysis to develop datasets that support all Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities. 2. Interpret technical information and requirements; identify and prioritize critical content; ensure information aligns with the intended audience and is consistent with policy and program goals; re-write and edit material for clarity, persuasiveness, and adherence to format and style conventions of targeted information outlets. 3. Design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for all deliverables. 4. Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to design and develop relevant and effective OCM deliverables. 5. Review deliverables to ensure that the deliverable quality is as per the project quality parameters and best practices standards. 6. DMI, LLC is in search of a SAP Commerce Cloud UI Developer to aid our west coast based retail client in their transition to the latest version of SAP Commerce Cloud. This position is entirely remote and requires availability from 9 AM to 5:30 PM PST. Sponsorship is not available for this role presently.   This is a long-term contract with potential extensions for up to 24 months.   Responsibilities include: - Proficiency in HTML, JS, Bootstrap, Ajax, jQuery, CSS & Less. - Previous experience working with the SAP Commerce Cloud backend. - Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication abilities. - Availability to work within PST hours.
