About the Opportunity   Digital Management, Inc. (DMI) is seeking a full time student to support its device provisioning team as a Shipping Associatewith general packing and shipping responsibilities.   Duties and Responsibilities: - Receive boxes from incoming freight carrier and verify box count. - Unpacks and examine incoming shipments, sort damaged items and record shortages. - Affix batteries to device sleds as required. - Assemble cardboard containers or select assembled containers. - Couple protective sleds to devices as required. - Insert devices into containers, using spacers, fillers and protective padding. - Bind containers with tape gun. - Verify shipping information and affix shipping labels on packed cartons. - Scan container and close shipping record in inventory system. - Stages outgoing shipping containers for pick up by freight carrier. - May perform ad-hoc assignments in moving, asset tagging, counting or performing quality checks of inventory as required.

This position will work closely with other departments such as program management, contracts, subcontracts, accounts payable, and billing. As a Financial Analyst, you will partner with the Operations and Accounting teams to provide timely and accurate financial guidance to Portfolio and Project Managers operating DMI’s Government Programs.  You will also support ad-hoc and special projects spanning Program Improvement, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Executive Dashboards and Cost Optimization.  You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills working Program Leaders to help achieve targets, while growing your competencies in the areas of Program Management, Operations, FP&A and Accounting.   Duties and Responsibilities: - Partner with Operations and Project managers to help manage projects  - Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and assessing contracts taking into consideration revenue recognition models, cost trends and other criteria - Lead the financial reporting, analysis and forecasting for Government Portfolios/Projects.  - Work in a team to ensure that projects are set up to properly capture costs, recognize revenue, and bill customers to ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures with regard to project setup and update project information periodically as needed - Perform routine and non-routine project financial reporting including but not limited to Project Profit and Loss Statements, Project Status Reports, 75% Funding Notifications, Estimates to Complete, Estimates at Completion, Forecast and Budget Reports, Invoice Backup Reports, and various other client-specific reports. - Partner with leadership to help manage P&L - Review timesheets, subcontractor invoices, funding statements, etc. to verify all entries are compliant with policies and procedures and captured appropriately - Consider factors such as revenue backlog, pipeline, project modifications, staffing changes, subcontractor costs, ODCs, overhead and SG&A costs, etc.  - Foster formal and informal communication networks between all stakeholders including but not limited to: Vertical Leadership, Operations Teams, Project Managers, Customers, Accounting, Contracts, Legal - Ensure our team maintains close attention to detail, sense of urgency, and mission focus in delivering quality to clients and results for DMI
